Our collection
We only use the highest quality steel for our blades, giving them long lasting sharpness and flexibility. The quality of the steel allows the blade to be ground thinner than other conventional knives, giving exceptional cutting ability, even after heavy use.
All knives can be made to a choice of steel: high carbon tool steel, or high carbon stainless steel.
The carbon steel will form a patina over time, resulting in a dark tone on the blades surface. The carbon steel blades require a little more care to prevent rusting, so it is a personal choice.
